Return Policy for Cue Pros

At Cue Pros, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our hassle-free return policy.

30-Day Return Policy:

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Cue Pros reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Clearance or sale items

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

At Cue Pros, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our hassle-free return policy.

Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to return your item.

Pack your item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the item back to Cue Pros at the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping fees, taxes, or additional charges.
  • Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Cue Pros Customer Service immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
